Jan Middleton
As the Vice President of Peer Support & Education at Pink Ribbon Good, Jan creates programs that uplift, educate and empower individuals navigating breast and gynecological cancers. A breast cancer diagnosis at age 39 changed the course of Jan’s life and led her to leave a successful 29-year career in the lighting and electrical industry to pursue work rooted in purpose. Since joining Pink Ribbon Good in 2014 as one of its very first employees, Jan has played a key role in expanding its impact, now serving thousands of patients and families all across the United States.
Under her leadership, PRG hosted more than 200 peer support & education events in 2025, engaging over 10,500 participants worldwide. Jan is passionate about ensuring patients and their families feel connected, supported, and empowered from diagnosis through survivorship because at PRG, No One Travels This Road Alone.
